Position
Rodolphe Olivier joined CMS Francis Lefebvre in 1997 and became a partner in 2010.
He practices in employment, labour and pensions law. He co-leads the litigation team and is particularly involved in disputes relating to employment, labour and pensions law before first-instance courts (the employment tribunal, the tribunal judiciaire (trial court), the tribunal de police, the tribunal correctionnel, the administrative court) and the administrative court of appeal, and the arbitration commission for journalists in France, the CAJ.
