Chris Whiteley specialises in structured finance, particularly "OTC" derivative transactions. He advises in relation to traditional hedging and trading activities and complex strategic and funding transactions, together with related security and other credit support arrangements. He also advises in relation to the regulatory aspects of financial markets, especially wholesale markets.

Chris qualified in Hong Kong in 1997 and has extensive experience of Asian financial markets and has also previously worked as a lawyer in London and Paris, as well as in front office roles with JP Morgan in London where he worked in the credit portfolio group and corporate derivatives group.
