Luca Vincenzi
Career
Luca joined CMS's Tax Department in 2020.
An experienced tax advisor with a long history of working in the tax-law industry, Luca advises clients on domestic and international tax planning, corporate income tax, value-added tax (VAT), and tax-dispute resolution. In addition, Luca boasts a background in accounting and a Master's Degree in Tax Law.
Based in the Milan office, Luca provides advice on domestic corporate income tax and related accounting issues (both for Italian GAAP and IFRS purposes), VAT and other indirect taxes, monthly and quarterly forecasting and tax reporting (both current and deferred), periodic tax calculations and payments, annual tax returns, periodic tax filings and other tax-related reporting and withholding taxes. He regularly assists clients in monitoring areas of potential risk and proposing remedies, and keeps a close eye on changes in domestic and international tax laws and regulations, which may impact the business activities of clients. He regularly provides support with the identification, development and implementation of tax opportunities in the area of direct and indirect taxation.
Luca has experience assisting domestic and international organisations in tax planning and post-acquisition integration, preparation of tax rulings, tax due diligence, tax reviews of intercompany and third-party agreements (both in the commercial and financial sectors), and tax audits and tax dispute resolution initiatives.
