Associate

Nadia Omar is an Associate in the Insurance & Reinsurance Group. Nadia has experience working on complex coverage disputes and claims from a broad range of sectors including Financial Lines (W&I, D&O), Brokers E&O and Solicitors Negligence.

Nadia also regularly advises on Data Protection and Cyber Breach incidents, including providing first response advice to Insureds, assisting with making notifications to regulators (ICO, FCA and PRA) and preparing communications to the victims of cyber-attacks.
