Senior Associate

Olivia Crundwell is a Senior Associate in the Corporate and Leveraged Finance team at CMS and has been recognised as an Associate to Watch by Chambers UK. She has experience working across a range of transactions advising borrowers, sponsors and funders on syndicated and bi-lateral general corporate lending facilities, acquisition financings, fund finance and cross-border financings. She also has experience advising on ESG provisions included in sustainability linked loans.
