Narinder Jugpal is a partner in CMS´s London Corporate Group.
He advises private equity sponsors, infrastructure funds, financial institutions and corporates on all manner of domestic and cross border acquisitions, disposals, restructurings and strategic joint ventures across a variety of industry sectors.
He has extensive experience in the private equity sector having acted for a number of private equity sponsors, and management teams on leveraged buyouts, portfolio company matters and exits.
Narinder is featured in Law.com International´s 2020 ‘Rising Stars: Europe´s Best Up-and-Coming Private Equity Lawyers´.
