Anna Pothof works in the Commercial Practice Area Group of our office. She is active in the field of corporate law, corporate governance and liability issues.​

Anna advises on, among other things, and litigates in corporate disputes. She assists supervisory directors, directors and shareholders and is active in various branches of corporate law.​

Anna is also active regarding (the drawing of) various kinds of commercial contracts such as distribution and agency agreements, franchise agreements, manufacturing contracts, SLA's and cooperation agreements. Her field of work also extends to product liability.
