Senior Associate

Nicole Kuijer is a lawyer in our Commercial Law Practice Area Group. ​

Nicole is active in various areas of commercial law including distribution agreements, franchise agreements, wholesale agreements, agency agreements, general terms and conditions, supply services, e-commerce, data protection, design and manufacturing, marketing, consumer sales within our firm's consultancy and litigation practice. Nicole advises clients on a large number of these agreements, including restructuring of commercial contracts, negotiating contracts or providing legal assistance before the court. ​

Nicole is associated as lawyer at CMS since 2007, with an interruption in 2015-2016. In that period she has been working for the Social-Economic Council and the modification of the Merger Code. In 2016 Nicole returned to CMS.  ​
