Jack Duncanson is an Associate in the Infrastructure, Construction and Energy Disputes Team and is noted in Legal 500 2024 as a "Rising Star".
Jack provides project advisory and dispute resolution advice to clients including developers, contractors, sub-contractors, consultants and funders on a wide range of projects across the construction, infrastructure, and energy sectors within the UK and internationally.
Jack acts for clients in formal and informal dispute resolution processes, including in the courts, arbitration, adjudication, and mediation. He also provides advice to clients on avoiding or managing disputes and issues which arise during the lifecycle of construction projects.
