Yessica co-heads the Tax practice and is an expert in international taxation.

Yessica co-heads the tax practice and is an international tax expert. She has experience in international tax planning, international reorganisation of business groups and tax structuring in the acquisition and sale of companies.

She has previous experience in PwC Peru leading international transactions and application of double taxation treaties.

She holds a Master's degree in international taxation from the University of Melbourne in Australia, specialising in the legal system in common law countries.
