Throughout his career, Pedro Pablo has led major real estate projects across various sectors, including mining, energy, and infrastructure, with a particular focus on obtaining licences, permits, and property rights for the development, construction, and operation of shopping centres and the retail sector in general. He has also participated in expropriation processes for the development of significant urban transport projects in the country and has been involved in highly complex cases related to arbitration and administrative law.
Pedro Pablo complements his expertise with key roles he has held in organisations such as Hochschild Mining, the National Superintendence of State Assets (SBN), and Real Plaza, where he led the Institutional Relations team, further strengthening his expertise in liaising with public and private entities.
In the academic field, Pedro Pablo holds a Master’s degree in Notarial and Registry Law and has completed master’s studies in Conflict Resolution. He has also pursued specialisation programmes at institutions such as American University Washington College of Law in the United States and ESADE in Spain, where he specialised in Real Estate Management.
