Sandra Teixeira Arsénio is an Associate in the Real Estate practice.

She develops is experienced in real estate and Tourism law, having also experience in banking and finance Law. Her experience includes legal advice on real estate investments and acquisition, global monitoring of real estate projects, notably the drafting of sale and purchase agreements, lease agreements, construction and project management agreements, other forms of assignment of use or exploitation, real estate financing agreements and monitoring of the respective negotiations;

She also provides assistance in the development of tourism projects, namely with respect to the drafting and negotiation of agreements for the purchase and sale of tourist resort and respective units.

Moreover, she is also well versed on anti-money laundering and combating terrorist financing, in particular through the creation and revision of policies and training courses.
