Senior Associate

Cristina Rogado is a senior associate in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice at CMS Portugal.

Her main areas of focus are Dispute Resolution and Insolvency & Restructuring, with a particular emphasis on civil and commercial litigation, as well as domestic and international arbitrations.

She is also well versed in insurance law, assisting insurers, insurance intermediaries and other entities, in all types of insurance, particularly on civil liability, D&O, warranty & indemnity, cyber, marine, construction, multi risks and environmental liability. Her experience spans several sectors such as aviation, commerce, services, pharmaceutical, tourism, retail, among others.
