Amy Norton is a Real Estate partner based in CMS Edinburgh specialising in development and investment in both the public and private sectors, advising clients on some of the most significant infrastructure and development projects across Scotland.

From the public sector Amy acts for clients including the University of Glasgow and a number of local authorities and on the private sector Amy acts for a range of student accommodation providers and developers. Amy has vast experience in advising clients on collaborative projects and leading teams involving input from the firm's construction, tax, planning and projects experts.

Having worked on a number of national and local infrastructure projects, Amy has experience in compulsory purchase of land for local authorities and government agencies.

Amy is keenly involved in the firm’s CSR activities, specifically with initiatives involving schools and young people.
