Senior Attorney

Srđan Janković advises on a range of competition law issues, including antitrust investigations and merger control clearances, management of antitrust risks and compliance training. Prior to joining CMS, he spent six years working as a senior advisor with the Antitrust team of the Serbian Commission for Protection of Competition.

He advises on various antitrust and regulatory matters, particularly in areas where competition and regulation overlap such as technology, media and communications, FMCG supply and pharmaceuticals.
