Sandra Miljanić specialises primarily in the field of real estate and construction and has extensive experience in advising international companies in Serbia on real estate law matters (especially, drafting agreements on the sale and purchase of real estate, lease agreements, registration of property rights, legalization of facilities, representation before the relevant authorities, etc.).

Sandra also has extensive experience in advising clients on different legal aspects of employment law and other employment related matters. Her experience ranges from drafting of individual employment and management contracts and various employment related policies to decisions on individual rights, as well as individual dismissals, etc. She has held numerous boot camps for employees in order to inform and raise awareness of employees about the rights and obligations of both the employer and the employees.

Sandra joined CMS team in Belgrade in October 2022, after having worked for more than 10 years with a reputable local law firm, where she gained experience in advising clients on various real estate and employment related matters.
