Marija Marošan co-heads the Real Estate and Construction practice at CMS Belgrade and CMS Podgorica and has extensive experience in advising international companies in Serbia and Montenegro on real estate law matters, such as property development, sales and acquisitions, leasing, construction (including zoning, permitting, FIDIC and other forms of construction contracts), conversion, etc.
Marija Marošan has provided legal support to our pre-eminent clients on some of the largest and highly complex and sensitive real estate matters in Serbia. She has broad experience with renewable energy projects and has advised numerous clients regarding real estate and regulatory aspects of the construction and operation of renewable energy facilities.
