Amit is a partner in our Real Estate practice based in the London office.
He advises clients across the full spectrum of real estate transactions, with a particular focus on big ticket investment deals, real estate M&A and corporate finance, joint ventures, fundings, tax structuring and group reorganisations.
Prior to joining CMS, Amit was the Head of UK Real Estate at PwC.
