Diana joined Wesley Gryk Solicitors LLP in 2008 and became a partner in 2017.

Her practice covers a wide range of immigration, nationality and asylum law, with particular emphasis on complex nationality work and Appendix FM applications for partners, children and parents, as well as applications outside of the immigration rules based on Article 8 rights. Diana is regularly instructed to give expert immigration advice to the Family Court, and to assist with immigration matters relating to children and young persons, and ongoing care proceedings.  She is an active member of the Immigration Law Practitioners Association (ILPA) and continues to teach regular ILPA courses on family migration and British nationality law.
