Notable projects

Daniel has successfully represented clients in many of the leading Housing cases in the Court of Appeal including Poplar HARCA v Byrne and West Kent Housing v Haycraft

Trained: Royds Treadwell; Qualified: 1993; Partner in present firm: 2015 Daniel trained in London before building up a following of social and private landlords. Prior to joining Capsticks as a partner in 2015, Daniel was partner and Head of Social Housing at his previous firm.
