Experience

Daniel has spent his career handling disputes and investigations for the regulators, commissioners and providers of public services.  His experience includes large-scale commercial dispute resolution, fraud response, procurement challenges and reputation management, often in highly regulated, high-profile sectors.  

Expertise

Daniel is a recognised leader in the regulatory sector.  He advises statutory regulatory bodies on the investigation and prosecution of complex and sensitive misconduct cases.  Daniel leads Capsticks’ work for the Solicitors Regulation Authority, our own regulator. 

Daniel has been described in recent directory entries as “particularly impressive…he has a very measured and very calm presence”, and a chief executive client described him as “my ‘wise counsel’ and really invaluable to me”.
