Nadine is a Director within the Commercial Litigation Department who is qualified to practice in both Northern Ireland and England & Wales.  Nadine has considerable experience in contentious matters including contractual disputes, procurement disputes, judicial review, energy disputes, professional negligence, corporate and shareholder disputes, property litigation, banking litigation, debt recovery, enforcement, and insolvency. Nadine has experience in acting on behalf of a variety of clients including utilities, public bodies, and local authorities as well as lenders, insolvency practitioners, financial institutions and many private entities and individuals.
