Maria specialises in planning and environmental law.  She advises on all aspects of planning policy, strategic advice, development control, energy and water infrastructure, transport infrastructure and compulsory purchase. Maria has particular expertise in Environmental Impact Assessment and Habitats Regulations Assessment.  She also advises on planning appeals and judicial review challenges. Maria works for both public and private sector clients.  Maria has advised the public and private sector on some of Northern Ireland’s most notable development and infrastructure projects.
