Greg is a Partner in Clarke Willmott’s Southampton Commercial Property team. He deals with a wide range of commercial property matters including the acquisition and sale of freehold and leasehold properties, securitisation work with experience acting for both lending institutions and borrowers and also deals with property aspects of corporate mergers and acquisitions.

Greg has particular expertise in the acquisition of freehold and leasehold ground rent reversion investments and has worked with various investment funds on such acquisitions.

Greg re-joined Clarke Willmott from Blake Morgan.
