Position
Anthony Oldfield is the managing partner of Clifford Chance's São Paulo office focusing on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, including takeovers, joint ventures and venture capital transactions. He has also acted for a variety of issuers and underwriters advising on disposals, acquisitions, joint ventures and raising debt and equity.
Anthony has worked in the London, Singapore and New York offices for the Firm and is currently based in the São Paulo office.
