Position
Michael Pallaras specialises in acquisition finance, real estate finance and private credit transactions, covering the Asia Pacific region from Hong Kong.
Michael has been based in our Hong Kong office for more than 10 years and regularly acts for sponsors, credit funds and financial institutions on transactions across the entire credit spectrum, from investment grade to distressed debt. He also has extensive experience in cross-border real estate and development financings, including hospitality, integrated resorts, data centres, logistics, commercial and retail assets.
