Luke Chen

Position
Luke Chen is a Counsel in the Singapore office and a member of the APAC Asset Management and Financial Regulatory Group.
Luke assists clients with the formation and offering of investment funds and the regulation of investment managers. He advises fund managers and financial institutions on licensing and ongoing compliance requirements, and on the ongoing obligations for funds offered in Singapore. He is also involved in advising on the regulatory aspects of mergers and acquisitions.
