Helen is a partner and specialises in commercial property matters including acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant work, corporate support and property finance. She acts for individuals, investors, developers and various local authorities and public sector bodies.

She has particular experience in dealing with landlord and tenant work and tenant portfolio management, including leases, licences, assignments, sub-letting and surrenders; she acts for both landlords and tenants.

Helen also deals with school academy conversions and liaises with various schools, academy trusts, local authorities and the Department for Education.
