Position

Louise is a partner in the occupational disease team.She advises both insurer and corporate clients in relation to a wide range of disease litigation, both long and short tail. Her work has an emphasis on claims for bullying and harassment, alleged overwork, PTSD (in particular following assaults in the workplace or other incidents at work) and stress arising from disciplinary/grievance procedures.

She works closely with BLM’s prison team in relation to civil claims for psychiatric injury. In addition, Louise works on a variety of occupational cancer claims (for example cancers of the bladder, kidney and blood) and also asbestos-related claims.
