Dileep is a partner with over 20 years’ experience. He specialises in handling professional indemnity claims with a particular focus on claims against construction professionals (most notably claims against architects and structural engineers relating to commercial property) as well as claims against the lead consultant and/or contract administrator for a construction project.

He has dealt with insurance and reinsurance disputes across a number of classes of business most notably relating to property, professional indemnity and financial lines policies.
