Senior Associate

Alan is a Senior Associate in Clyde & Co's SHE Regulatory Department and since June 2017 has been a lead lawyer on the criminal defence and representation of the cladding fabricator in the Grenfell Tower Police Investigation and Public Inquiry. Managing and co-ordinating the criminal team consisting of several Associates in conjunction with lead partner Chris Morrison, he has proven his ability to handle the most onerous, document heavy and sensitive of H&S cases with the added difficulty of intense media and public scrutiny.

Building on his earlier career as an orthodox crime lawyer, his criminal defence skillset has made him one of the most talented next generation lawyers in the UK, capable of handling the most serious of corporate manslaughter through to the most technical of regulatory breaches – he is a very bright lawyer.
