Emma is a partner in the public sector team and has experience in dealing with all types of personal injury claims. She works predominantly in defendant insurance litigation handling claims for local authorities and other corporate clients including all varieties of negligence claims.

Emma has

developed an interest in dealing with catastrophic injury claims involving traumatic brain injury and other serious injuries and has extensive experience of successfully defending matters to trial.
