I have worked in personal injury litigation since qualification, almost exclusively on large/complex loss and catastrophic injury claims.

Working initially for claimants, I spent time working “on the other side of the fence” which has been invaluable since my move over to defendant insurance litigation in 2009.

My experience spans most areas of personal injury litigation including motor, public and employers’ liability, clinical negligence and policy coverage. I also specialise in claims involving brain and spinal injuries and have experience of criminal defence work.

I have acted on behalf of a number of clients including insurers and corporate clients and am alive to the different interests/particular concerns of a corporate insured.
