Richard heads Clyde & Co's global Law Firm group. He specialises in all areas of malpractice, including all aspects of dishonesty/fraud which commonly arise in the professional field.  Richard has regularly taken cases to final hearings in all of the divisions of the High Court, Court of Appeal and House of Lords/Supreme Court, including some of the leading cases in the area of civil fraud, which have helped shape the law in this area.
