He is particularly adept at managing complex finance matters such as short-term bridging loans, buy-to-let investment loans, short to mid-term development loans, portfolio re-finance loans, acquisition loans, development exit finance, revolving facility loans, restructuring loans, mezzanine finance, and redemptions.

Jay also specialises in acting for clients on their funded property acquisition matters and re-mortgages, whether on a dual representation or separate representation basis.  Additionally, he advises private property developers on all property aspects of infrastructure projects and renewable energy projects. His extensive experience and expertise allow Jay to deliver an efficient, knowledgeable, and user-friendly service to all his clients.
