Francesca is a Senior Solicitor at Laura Devine Immigration in London who has focused exclusively on UK immigration law since 2010.

Francesca’s regularly advises employers on complex Tier 2 issues, delivering strategic solutions to multinational businesses for their global transfers to the UK and sponsor licence applications. Francesca has substantial experience in EU free movement and frequently provides counsel to EEA nationals and their employers on the immigration implications surrounding Brexit. Francesca serves many of the company’s highest profile multinational corporate clients, financial organisations and legal firms as well as start-ups and businesses within the arts industry.

Francesca is described as “extremely professional”, “always accommodating” and a solicitor who “gives clients the hard line, but also understands the reality of the client’s business”.

A seasoned presenter, Francesca routinely provides training to clients and other immigration lawyers on Tier 2 and Tier 2 compliance through the Immigration Law Practitioners’ Association (ILPA). She is also an active member of the International Bar Association (IBA), having spoken at both the 2017 and 2018 annual conferences on the topics of ‘international students’ and ‘corporate immigration law practice management’ respectively.
