Position

James is a partner in our construction and engineering group specialising in non-contentious construction law.  His practice normally centres on advising employer clients including large institutional investors, shopping centres, developers, central Government departments, local authorities and affordable housing providers, but��can provide advice to any party at any point of the supply chain, including contractors, professional consultants and sub-contractors.  His expertise includes advising on all forms of building and engineering contract, bespoke development agreements, consultant appointments, sub-contracts, collateral warranties and project finance documentation.

Trained at Cripps LLP; qualified 2005; promoted to Managing Associate 2015; promoted to Partner 2017.
