Richard is a partner specialising in property litigation, including commercial and residential landlord and tenant disputes, including opposed lease renewals, landlord and tenant insolvency, rent review, dilapidations, forfeiture and other possession claims, as well as long residential leasehold matters including leasehold enfranchisement and rights of first refusal, and land law / development disputes including adverse possession, easements, restrictive covenants, nuisance and trespass.
