Jessica is a partner in the non-contentious private client group providing bespoke succession and inheritance tax planning advice to individuals and their families. She advises on wills, trusts and powers of attorney, co-habitation agreements and capital gains tax advice, with a particular specialism in probate work for non UK cases. She acts for both UK and international clients.

Acting for executors of multi-million pound estate advising on inheritance tax calculations involving grossing up and calculations of distribution Lifetime tax planning for ultra high net worth individuals including establishing multiple trusts and advising on company set up for property interests Advising trustees of high value trusts on ongoing administration and inheritance tax issues.

Jessica was the top placed candidate in the country in her STEP personal tax paper in 2008
