Solicitor

A solicitor in our corporate team, Victoria assists the corporate team on a variety of matters including company acquisitions and sales, advising on their constitutional documents, investments, re-structures and shareholder agreements. Victoria also assists on advising lenders and financiers on asset based lending matters and advising on security documentation.

Victoria completed her Masters of Law in Banking and Debt Finance Law and Practice in July 2019.
