Position

Specialises in real estate investment and asset management with the retail, office and industrial sectors. Oliver acts for a range of individuals and businesses involved in real estate investment and development from institutions such as M&G Real Estate to individual private investors and corporate occupiers. Recent work includes: managing the legal asset management work on a 170 unit shopping centre for M&G Real Estate; representing a major charity on the sale of an industrial warehouse for approx. £25m; advising a private investor on a series of acquisitions including a supermarket, hotel and car park; advising government departments (eg Home Office and Crown Prosecution Service) on relocations, acquisitions and disposals across their occupied estates; acting for a Far Eastern bank and a US law firm on the relocation of their respective London headquarters.
