Position

Irfan acts for a range of clients including software developers, large corporates, government agencies, universities and SMEs. He advises on all matters relating to information technology, intellectual property, data protection, outsourcing, procurement, e-commerce law and exploitation/commercialisation of novel technologies. He engages in M&A transactions focused in the technology sector and advises on commercial issues for corporate clients. Irfan has a scientific background, having completed a BSc (Hons) in Engineering (comprising a broad mix of both mechanical and production engineering) and worked for a number of years as a software developer prior to qualifying as a lawyer.
