Commercial dispute resolution

Tom is a partner in the commercial dispute resolution team.  Tom’s focus is on complex commercial disputes, injunctions, employment related disputes and contentious insolvency matters; including claims against former directors.

Tom often advises on disputes with an international element and is adept at handling supply and franchise agreement disputes.

He has developed expertise in relation to shareholder and partnership disputes and has particular experience in handling disputes within the food and drink sector.

Tom leads the Food and Drink team at Cripps and has a notable specialism of acting for vineyards, which is a growing segment of the food and drink sector in the South East.
