Ed has been resolving high level disputes for over 20 years. 

He heads the commercial dispute resolution team at Cripps and his personal focus is on the commercial litigation needs of individuals in business, whether they are directors, investors, partners or shareholders.

He is an acknowledged expert on shareholders disputes and directors duties, blogging and presenting seminars on the subject.

Ed has dealt with numerous high-value shareholders disputes and partnership disputes over the years, is an advocate of alternative dispute resolution wherever this is appropriate but has successfully taken many cases to trial.
