Simon Schipper is a Legal Director in the Real Estate team with over 25 years' experience advising clients on a wide range of commercial real estate matters.

His practice spans the full spectrum of real estate transactions, including investment, development and commercial leasing. Simon advises clients across a variety of sectors within the commercial property market, including offices, retail, logistics and industrial, and hospitality.

Simon acts for a broad client base, including investment funds, occupiers, private and listed property companies, charities, local authorities, banks and private individuals. He also regularly advises other law firms, including City and US firms, on real estate matters.

Drawing on extensive transactional experience, Simon provides commercially focused advice on complex property transactions and works closely with clients to support their investment, development and occupational property objectives.
