Ben Ashworth is a Partner in the Commercial Dispute Resolution team, providing pragmatic advice on the resolution and prevention of financial services, insolvency and commercial contract disputes.

With more than 13 years' experience, Ben advises clients on a broad range of business finance, insolvency and commercial litigation matters. He has particular expertise in complex contractual disputes and has developed a sector specialism in aviation-related disputes, regularly advising on issues involving maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO), procurement, leasing and regulatory compliance.

In the insolvency sphere, Ben regularly advises on contentious corporate and personal insolvency matters, with a particular focus on court proceedings involving office-holder claims and the enforcement of creditors' security.
