Senior partner and chair of the board, leading on the firm’s strategy and culture, working with the managing partner and the board to set the firm's vision and long term strategy, as well as a partner in the property disputes team.

Mike's areas of expertise include developer and neighbour disputes, rights to light, party walls, access, easements, restrictive covenants, property-related insurance claims, development-related contract disputes, landlord and tenant disputes (commercial and residential), and property-related negligence claims.
