Position

Partner and head of the dispute resolution team. Extensive experience of commercial, property and construction litigation, including partnership and shareholder disputes.  Also handles licensing matters for the firm’s clients in the leisure industry as well as clients faced with prosecution by regulatory authorities. Regularly uses mediation in the resolution of disputes.
