James is also a partner in Ashtons’ corporate and commercial team specialising in advising on corporate transactions and in advising innovative technology companies. He has a wealth of experience in guiding businesses through complex contractual matters to find practical commercial solutions. Clients value James’ practical and commercial approach to finding solutions for their business which is the same approach that he takes to leading Ashtons.
