Hannah is able to work closely with a variety of clients including individuals, sole traders, companies, charities, SIPPs, lenders and primarily acts in respect of:

• leasehold and freehold disposals;
• commercial leases for tenant and landlord;
• secured lending transactions; and
• sales and purchases of commercial premises/land.

Hannah prides herself on providing clear, pragmatic and comprehensive advice tailored to her clients particular needs. She has assisted with a range of matters including a new development at the Broadland Gate site and leases for premises at Norwich Research Park.

Outside of work, Hannah enjoys walking, good food and travelling around the world.

Education

Hannah achieved her LLB from UEA in 2011, her LLM in international commercial & business law from UEA in 2012 and completed her LPC in 2017. She was then admitted as a solicitor in October 2017.
